Do you accept insurance?
The real question is whether your insurance company will reimburse your
expenses. If you choose to file with your insurance company please
notify me at the time of you appointment. At your appointment, full
payment for services will be collected and you will receive a receipt
with all of the necessary information so you can file for reimbursement.
How do I schedule an
appointment?
When you are ready to schedule an appointment, call (214) 629-6133 or
call the phone number located on each therapist's page to reach them
directly. You may also email any of the therapists from their page or
to info@marriagefullyalive.com
for general questions or concerns.
What if I need to cancel or
reschedule an appointment?
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session
or a client fails to show up for a previously scheduled appointment
they will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
